Terms of Service

1. Service scope

NOZOM Chat provides a business messaging platform that helps organizations manage customer conversations, contacts, templates, automation features, and related workspace tools across supported channels. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

2. Eligibility and business use

The service is offered for business and organizational use. By creating or using a workspace, you represent that you are authorized to bind the organization you act for and that you will use the service only for lawful business purposes.

3. Workspace administrator responsibilities

Workspace administrators are responsible for:

• configuring users, roles, and access within the workspace;
• maintaining accurate organization and contact information;
• configuring channels, templates, and messaging settings;
• ensuring that messaging practices, consent, and recipient handling comply with applicable law and third-party platform rules;
• promptly reviewing security alerts and supporting deletion or access requests related to their workspace where appropriate.

4. Connected third-party channels

NOZOM Chat may integrate with third-party platforms such as Meta and WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Use of those channels depends on your separate relationship with those providers and their policies, availability, and approval processes. We do not control Meta’s or WhatsApp’s services, review decisions, rate limits, outages, or policy enforcement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for unlawful messaging, spam, fraud, phishing, harassment, or deceptive practices;
• send messages without required recipient consent or other legal basis;
• attempt unauthorized access to the platform, other workspaces, or related systems;
• interfere with service integrity, security, or availability;
• upload malware or misuse APIs, webhooks, or automation features;
• violate Meta, WhatsApp, or other channel provider terms applicable to your use.

6. Account and credential security

You must keep login credentials, API keys, and channel secrets confidential and restrict access to authorized personnel. You are responsible for activity under your workspace accounts unless caused solely by our failure to apply reasonable safeguards.

7. Customer data ownership

As between you and us, you retain ownership of customer content and business data you submit to the service. We process that data to provide, secure, and support NOZOM Chat as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

NOZOM Chat software, branding, documentation, and related materials remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service during an active subscription or authorized access period.

9. Availability and third-party limitations

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, network issues, hosting incidents, or third-party outages — including Meta/WhatsApp disruptions — may affect access or message delivery.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, fail to pay applicable fees where required, or misuse connected platforms. You may stop using the service and request workspace or account deletion according to the Data Deletion Instructions.

11. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOZOM Chat is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost messages, or business interruption arising from use of the service or reliance on third-party platforms, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional consent.
